## About Objects of Interest

Objects of Interest began with the belief that some things are worth holding onto.

A place you want to return to. An object you keep for years. Something thoughtfully made or found especially useful. A meal, an idea, or an experience you find yourself passing along to someone else.

OOI exists to give these interests and discoveries a place to live together. It is an evolving collection of what we find worth knowing, keeping, using, and experiencing — gathered from the world around us and brought together without being limited to any one category.

Some are simply documented and shared. Others might take on a new form through a guide, a story, an object, something made or found, or an experience to take part in. Together, they make up an archive that is meant to be used, experienced, and added to over time.
